These Terms of Service govern your use of the TE Custom Designs website and your purchase of products or services. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our posted policies.
Website Use
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase. You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate order, billing, shipping, and account information.
You may not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, copying website content, distributing harmful software, or interfering with website operation.
Products and Services
TE Custom Designs offers products and services that may include DTF transfers, gang sheets, UV DTF decals, sublimation prints, custom apparel, personalized gifts, digital designs, and DTF supplies.
Product colors and images may appear differently depending on screen settings, garment materials, printing methods, and production conditions. Apparel measurements and product details are approximate unless otherwise stated.
Online Orders
All orders must be placed through the TE Custom Designs website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product, quantity, size, color, artwork, spelling, design dimensions, shipping address, and other selections before completing checkout.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order because of product unavailability, payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing errors, prohibited artwork, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel a paid order, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Pricing and Payment
Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed costs will be displayed during checkout. Full payment is required before production begins.
If a product is listed with an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund rather than fulfill it at the incorrect price.
Customer Artwork
By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. This includes logos, photographs, illustrations, characters, trademarks, fonts, and other protected material.
You grant TE Custom Designs a limited license to store, modify as necessary for production, print, and reproduce the submitted artwork solely to complete your order and provide related support.
We may refuse content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. Customers remain responsible for claims resulting from artwork they submit without authorization.
Artwork Quality and Approval
Artwork is generally printed as uploaded. Customers are responsible for image quality, dimensions, resolution, spelling, background, orientation, and color selections.
When a design proof is provided, production may begin after approval. Approval confirms that you accept the displayed layout, wording, and design details. Screen previews are approximations and may not exactly match printed colors.
Additional charges may apply for background removal, resizing, artwork cleanup, editing, or custom design work.
Digital Designs
Unless a product page or written agreement states otherwise, purchasing a digital design grants you a limited license to use and print it for the stated personal or business purpose.
Digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, copied for resale, or claimed as your original work without written permission. Purchasing a digital file does not automatically transfer copyright ownership.
Production, Shipping, and Pickup
Production begins after payment, required information, and acceptable artwork are received. Turnaround times may vary by product, quantity, artwork, supply availability, and order volume.
Production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed event dates. Local pickup customers must wait for a Ready for Pickup notification before arriving.
If an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide the delay, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.
Transfer Application and Product Use
Customers are responsible for following the provided instructions when applying DTF transfers, UV DTF decals, or sublimation prints. Results may vary based on equipment, temperature, pressure, time, fabric, blank product, surface preparation, and application technique.
Inspect transfers before applying them. TE Custom Designs is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect pressing, peeling, washing, unsuitable garments, incompatible blanks, improper surface preparation, or misuse.
DTF supplies and cleaning products must be stored and used according to their labels and safety instructions. Keep printing supplies away from children and use appropriate ventilation and protective equipment when required.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements, order changes, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Custom, printed, personalized, and digital products are generally final sale except when defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under the posted policy or applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Website text, graphics, photographs, branding, original designs, and other content owned by TE Custom Designs may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially used without written permission.
Nothing in these terms prevents customers from posting an honest review or exercising rights protected by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TE Custom Designs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from website use, production delays, carrier delays, customer-provided artwork, or improper product application.
Any liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where a different remedy is required by law. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without limiting any consumer protections that apply under federal or other applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our website, products, services, or legal obligations change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
