1. How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed through the TE Custom Designs website. Select your product, choose the required options, upload your artwork, and complete payment at checkout. Review the design, size, quantity, colors, spelling, and delivery information carefully before submitting your order.

2. Can I order only one item?

Yes. You can order one personalized item or multiple products for a business, school, team, organization, family event, or special occasion. Product availability and production time may vary for larger orders.

3. What is a DTF transfer?

A DTF transfer is a full-color design printed onto special film and applied to compatible fabric using a heat press. DTF transfers can be used on cotton, polyester, and many blended fabrics. They are suitable for T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tote bags, uniforms, and other apparel.

4. What is the difference between DTF and UV DTF?

DTF transfers are designed for fabric and require heat pressing. UV DTF decals are designed for compatible hard, smooth surfaces such as glass, tumblers, cups, containers, and packaging. UV DTF decals do not require a heat press and should not be applied to apparel.

5. What is a DTF gang sheet?

A DTF gang sheet allows you to arrange multiple designs on one larger sheet. You can include different designs, sizes, or several copies of the same image. Designs must be correctly sized, properly spaced, and ready to print before uploading.

6. What file type should I upload?

For the best results, upload a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background, preferably at 300 DPI. Avoid screenshots, blurry images, and low-resolution graphics. Your artwork should be uploaded at the exact size you want it printed.

7. Will you resize or correct my artwork?

Artwork is generally printed exactly as uploaded. Customers are responsible for checking the image quality, dimensions, spelling, background, and orientation. If your design requires resizing, background removal, cleanup, or redesigning, additional design charges may apply.

8. How long will my order take?

Production time depends on the product, quantity, artwork, and current order volume. Review the turnaround information shown on the website before ordering. Production time does not include shipping time, so place time-sensitive orders early.

9. Do you offer shipping and local pickup?

Available shipping and local pickup options will be shown during website checkout. Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Local customers should wait until their order is confirmed as ready before attempting pickup.

10. How do I apply my DTF transfers?

A heat press is recommended for applying DTF transfers. The correct temperature, pressure, pressing time, and peeling method may vary. Always follow the pressing instructions provided with your order and test unfamiliar garments before completing a full production run.
