Turnaround Time and Local Pickup

At TE Custom Designs, we carefully prepare each order to help ensure the artwork, printing, and finished products meet our quality standards. Production times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, artwork quality, product availability, and current order volume.

Turnaround Time

The current estimated turnaround time will be displayed on the relevant product page or during the online ordering process.

Production begins after:

  • The order is placed through our website

  • Full payment is received

  • All required product options are selected

  • Print-ready artwork is uploaded

  • Any artwork or order questions are resolved

Orders with missing information, low-quality artwork, design changes, or unavailable products may require additional processing time.

Production time and shipping time are separate. Shipping begins only after production is complete. Carrier transit times are estimates and are not included in our production turnaround.

Time-Sensitive Orders

If you need an order for a birthday, business event, school activity, celebration, or another important date, please place your order as early as possible. Selecting a preferred date does not guarantee completion by that date unless specifically confirmed.

Orders cannot be moved ahead of other customers without an available rush-order option purchased through the website.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders at:

Select Local Pickup during checkout when the option is available. You will receive a notification when your order is complete and ready to collect.

Please do not arrive before receiving a Ready for Pickup notification. Bring your order confirmation or order number when collecting your purchase.

Unclaimed Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for collecting pickup orders within the timeframe provided in the pickup notification. If you cannot collect your order as scheduled, use the website contact form to request updated pickup arrangements.
